Flint Flesher is co-founder and owner of Alpine Services LLC (Alpine Security Services), bringing over 22 years of military experience and 10+ years in private security operations. His extensive background includes international deployments and specialized training in high-stress environments, making him uniquely qualified to lead complex security/K9 operations.
Military Foundation: 22 years U.S. Army service with global deployments,
developing expertise in strategic planning, risk assessment, and operational
security in challenging environments
K9 & Security Operations: Over 10 years’ operating a security and training
company, specializing in K9 detection services for stadiums, festivals, and
federal facilities including DOD and DOE sites
Federal Contract Experience: Proven track record working Department of
Defense and Department of Energy contracts, demonstrating ability to meet
stringent government standards and security protocols
International Training Expertise: Led anti-human trafficking operations in
Southeast Asia, training law enforcement units and developing specialized detection capabilities for complex security challenges
Echo Flesher co-founded and is an owner of Alpine Services LLC (Alpine Security Services). She has brought some instrumental expertise to Alpine since she has been a martial arts instructor for over 22 years. Echo heads up the self defense portion of the company teaching everyone from children to adults and Law Enforcement.
K9 and Security Operations : With Echo working on Department of Defense, Department of Energy and numerous other venues as a K9 handler, she is able to provide oversight and experience to whatever venue the company ends up at. With the ability to coach and mentor K9 handler teams on techniques and procedures along with K9 operations.
Self Defense : After owning and operating her own business teaching martial arts she has created her own unique curriculum that corresponds with our security and executive protection agents. She not only teaches classes, she instructs our officers on self defense techniques.
Management : Owning and co-owning numerous companies Echo is a huge asset in running in coordinating the operations and contracts for Alpine Services.
